There was a big event in Minsk last week - the
Mlyn (Mill) fair of handmade crafts. It took place at the National Exhibition Centre BelExpo, May 11 -15.
I was very glad to present my textile
Tilda dolls at it.

My younger dauther, Uljana (or simply Ulia, as I call her) enjoyed the exhibition too...

I liked being at Mlyn very much indeed. I'm still under the impression of this event - it was so exciting to exhibit my Tilda toys...

The most important thing for me was that people really liked my
handmade toys: they were coming to me, saying warm words about my
Tildas, asking questions on the process of creating them, and taking photographs.

Besides of this, of no small importance was the fact that they were buying them :)
In my next post I'm going to cover the toys that I had prepared for
Mlyn in much greater details. Stay tuned... :)
